Bill Title: Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Act, provides that a person's license under the Act shall be deemed suspended by operation of law upon the filing of an indictment, complaint, or information that charges the person with a violent or sexual crime. Provides that the license shall remain suspended until the criminal proceedings have concluded. Effective immediately.
