Bill Title: Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Removes a requirement that a qualified business must have annual gross sales of less than $75,000,000 or be certified by the Business Enterprise Council for Minorities, Women, and Persons with Disabilities for a particular contract. Effective immediately.
