Bill Title: Amends the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. Provides that a "shared housing establishment" or "establishment" means a publicly or privately operated free-standing residence for 24 or fewer persons (rather than 16 or fewer persons), at least 80% of whom are 55 years of age or older and who are unrelated to the owners and one manager of the residence. Effective immediately.
