Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Gas Pipeline Safety Act. Provides that "transportation of gas" includes the conveyance of gas by pipeline within, on, over, under, or across any highway, as that term is defined in Section 1-126 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. Effective immediately.
