Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that the Streamlining Illinois' Regional Offices of Education Commission shall submit its final report on or before April 1, 2012 (instead of August 1, 2012), and abolishes the Commission on April 2, 2012 (instead of August 2, 2012). Effective immediately.
