Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that, beginning with the 2018-2019 school year, the Illinois Elementary School Association shall approve, for coaches, game officials, and non-licensed healthcare professionals, training courses that provide for not less than 2 hours of training in the subject matter of concussions, including evaluation, prevention, symptoms, risks, and long-term effects. Effective immediately.
