Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the bill as amended by Senate Amendment No. 1 with the following changes. Defines "online booking platform". Provides that the purchase price shall not include any charges added to the purchase price by an operator to compensate the operator for facilitating the processing and fulfillment of the reservation when the transaction is between a customer and an operator and is completed through an online booking platform owned and operated by such operator.
