Bill Title: Amends the State Treasurer Act. In provisions concerning the investment policy for the College Savings Pool, adds that the Treasurer may publish the policy and changes to that policy in the online version of at least one newspaper of general circulation in both Springfield and Chicago. Effective immediately.
