Bill Title: Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Establishes the Center for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders within the Department of Public Health to develop and implement an Alzheimer's disease and related disorders program. Provides that the Department shall consult with specified persons and organizations to develop and implement the program. Provides that the Department may delegate the responsibility to implement the program to another entity. Effective January 1, 2010.
