Bill Title: Urges the Auditor General, when conducting the next scheduled annual audit of the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council, to investigate and report on, among other things, whether Williams and Company Consulting is administering the Council's programmatic responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act and rules adopted under that Act, as well as all relevant State procurement laws.
