Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes the corporate authorities of a municipality to license and regulate the use and operation of multi-family dwelling units. Defines "multi-family dwelling units". Provides that the fee for the license may not exceed $25. Effective immediately.
