Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Subject to funding by the State Board of Education, provides that a school board shall require a school to provide recordings for its blind and dyslexic students. Requires the State Board to provide funding to school districts for the provision of recordings for blind and dyslexic students. Effective immediately.
