Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that "voluminous request" does not include: a request made by a current member of the General Assembly to a State agency, particularly when the member seeks to engage in oversight over the State agency or requires information in connection with the preparation of legislation by the member of the General Assembly; or a request made by a current member of the General Assembly who is seeking information of interest to that member's constituents.
