Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that an insurer that issues, delivers, amends, or renews an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance in the State after the effective date of the Act may not recover any payments received by the insured from a policy of personal motor vehicle coverage. Effective immediately.
