Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Authorizes a school board to excuse pupils enrolled in grades 9 through 12 (currently 11 through 12) from engaging in physical education courses for participation in an interscholastic athletic program or to enroll in certain academic classes. Permits a school board to excuse pupils in grades 9 through 12 enrolled in a show choir program for credit from participating in physical education courses upon request of the pupil.
