Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Human Services and the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to contract with a third-party vendor to verify eligibility for benefits provided under this Code by utilizing an online website, to be developed and implemented by the contracted vendor, that would enable an individual to apply online for benefits. Effective January 1, 2021.
