Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the exemption for farm machinery and equipment also includes: bailing wire; twine (including sisal and polypropylene baler twine); bale wrap (also known as silage wrap or bale film); bunker covers (also known as silage film); silage bags; underlayments and oxygen barriers; gravel and sand bags; secure covers; bale bags, sleeves, and elastic tubes; baler wire; and netwrap. Effective immediately.
