Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the use of funds in the Illinois Police Association Fund from sale of Illinois Police Association license plates to be allocated as follows: at least 10% for providing death benefits for the families of police officers killed in the line of duty; at least 10% for providing scholarships, for graduate study, undergraduate study, or both, to children and spouses of police officers killed in the line of duty; and the remainder for operational costs of the Illinois Police Association. Effective immediately.
