Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Requires a rebuttable presumption that a managerial assistant is a confidential employee. Defines a managerial assistant as a secretary, assistant, aide, or person in a similar position to a labor supervisor. Effective immediately.
