Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to provide medical assistance coverage for lung transplantation, including double lung transplantation, to any person otherwise eligible for medical assistance who receives a diagnosis of COVID-19-associated acute respiratory distress syndrome from a physician licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 and who meets all other requirements for transplantation.
