Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall establish 3 advanced manufacturing training programs. The advanced manufacturing programs shall expand opportunities for skills training, boost retention of manufacturers, and attract investment by manufacturing companies. Sets forth the purpose for which grant moneys can be used.
