Bill Title: Provides that the amendatory Act may be referred to as the Fairness in Elections Act. Amends the Election Code. Provides that at polling places, all election judges and pollwatchers shall be equipped with body cameras and record the performances of their duties and functions as election judges and pollwatchers.
