AN ACT concerning elections.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. Short title. This Act may be referred to as the
Fairness in Elections Act.
Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding Section
17-45 as follows:

Sec. 17-45. Body cameras at polling places. At polling
places, all election judges and pollwatchers shall be equipped
with body cameras and record the performances of their duties
and functions as election judges and pollwatchers.
