Bill Title: Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Central Management Services shall allow State employees and applicants for State employment positions to indicate their preferred personal pronouns on State-created employment and personnel documents and forms.
