Bill Title: Amends the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act. Provides that no officer, employee, or agent of a unit of local government may attempt to withhold disclosure to the public of information relating to tax incentives and other financial incentives by using a non-disclosure agreement. Defines "tax incentive". Effective immediately.
