Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Provides that manufacturers of contact lenses shall provide information on product packaging regarding how to properly dispose of contact lenses. Provides that the information shall include, at minimum, that proper disposal of contact lenses includes placing the contact lenses with other solid waste and does not include flushing contact lenses down a sink or other drain.
