Bill Title: Amends the Job Opportunities for Qualified Applicants Act. Provides that a person may not be placed on a do-not-hire list unless the person has committed an violent crime or unless the specific employment opportunity will require the person to exercise fiduciary responsibility. Requires annual reevaluation of persons on a do-not-hire list.
