Bill Title: Amends the Civil Practice Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Repeals a Section providing that a party, a person for whose immediate benefit an action is prosecuted or defended, or the officers, directors, managing agents, or foreman of a party to an action may be called and examined as if under cross-examination at the instance of an adverse party. Makes a corresponding change in the Illinois Insurance Code.
