Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that the period of probation for a minor who is found to be guilty for an offense which is first degree murder, second degree murder, criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony, or an attempt Class X felony shall be at least 5 years. Provides that the period of probation for a minor who is found to be guilty for an offense which is a forcible felony, other than first degree murder, second degree murder, criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony, or an attempt Class X felony, shall be a mandatory minimum probation period of 3 years, but may be up to 5 years, if the facts of the crime, the conduct of the minor, and the ends of justice warrant so in the judge's discretion.
