Bill Title: Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that a person who has committed a violation or attempted violation of unauthorized video recording and live video transmission is subject to registration if the victim is a person under 18 years of age when the offense was committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act.
