Bill Title: Amends the Local Government Reduction and Efficiency Division of the Counties Code. Extends the applicability provision of the Division to all counties within the State (rather than only DuPage County). Adds provisions concerning the rights of employees of a former unit of local government after it has been dissolved into the governmental unit assuming the functions of the former unit of local government. Effective immediately.
