Summary

Amends the Counties Code, Township Code, and the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a county, township, or municipality, as applicable, may not charge fees for emergency or rescue services rendered by the fire department against persons, businesses, and other entities who are not residents of the county, township, or municipality, respectively. Effective immediately.
