Summary

Directs the Illinois Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Henry County, Lee County, Ogle County, Rock Island County, Whiteside County, and Winnebago County, to study the creation of a trail to connect with the existing Hennepin Canal State Trail, and enhance the active recreational attractiveness profile of northwestern Illinois.
