Amends the Illinois Roofing Industry Licensing Act. In the definition of “roofing contractor”, provides that the materials and items used in the construction, reconstruction, alteration, maintenance and repair of all kinds of roofing by a roofing contractor includes any type of roof-integrated photovoltaic solar products, such as photovoltaic-integrated shingles, photovoltaic-integrated membranes, and photovoltaic roof coatings, and materials and items used in waterproofing as related to roofing over an occupiable space.
