Summary

Creates the Community Employment Opportunities Act. Contains only a short title and purpose. Provides that the purpose of the Act is to remove permanent barriers to employment opportunities for people with criminal records and that the Act seeks to ensure that employers have the flexibility to hire the most qualified applicants for any position judged on an individual basis.
