Summary

Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the board of managers acting on behalf of all owners in a common interest community association may seek relief from or in connection with the assessment of any taxes, special assessments, or charges levied or imposed under the Code and may charge and collect all expenses incurred in connection therewith as common expenses.
