AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3027 as follows:
on page 3, line 26, after "shall", by inserting ", at the
direction of the Director of the Governor's Office of
Management and Budget,"; and
on page 4, line 2, after "Act", by inserting ", or be deposited
into the fund from which such expenditures were paid".
