AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2903
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2903 on page 5,
immediately below line 3, by inserting the following:
"(e) For any project, including, but not limited to,
improvement, maintenance, and construction of infrastructure,
that is funded in whole or in part by the Foundation, the
Foundation shall require the contractor and all subcontractors
to comply with the requirements of Section 30-22 of the
Illinois Procurement Code as those requirements apply to
responsible bidders and to present satisfactory evidence of
that compliance to the Foundation.".
