| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1707 on page 7, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(p) Each registered medical cannabis dispensing | ||||||
| 5 | organization shall self-certify the medical cannabis | ||||||
| 6 | dispensing organization's agents in accordance with | ||||||
| 7 | administrative rules adopted by the Department of Financial and | ||||||
| 8 | Professional Regulation.".
