AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 870
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 870 by replacing
everything after the enacting clause with the following:
"Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by adding
Section 4.26a as follows:
(5 ILCS 80/4.26a new)
Sec. 4.26a. Act repealed on December 31, 2016. The
following Act is repealed on December 31, 2016:
The Medical Practice Act of 1987.
(5 ILCS 80/4.25a rep.)
Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
repealing Section 4.25a.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.".
