AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 686
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 686, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 2, line 12, after "3,000,000,", by inserting "on
and after January 1, 2024,"; and
on page 3, line 5, after "3,000,000,", by inserting "on and
after January 1, 2024,"; and
on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 25 the
following:
"The changes made by this amendatory Act of the 103rd
General Assembly do not apply retroactively.".
