Bill Title: Amends existing law to remove language relating to a statement that a pending rule may be amended or modified by concurrent resolution and to remove language relating to when the Legislature amends or modifies a pending rule; to remove language relating to rules amended or modified by concurrent resolution; to remove language relating to amending or modifying an agency rule; and to remove language relating to rules that may be extended in whole or in part and to remove language relating to the application of law.
