Summary

Adds to existing law to provide that the Legislature must ratify by statute any agreement among the State Board of Education or the State Department of Education and any multistate consortium or the federal government concerning testing of Idaho students in grades K-12, curriculum or standards and sharing of individual student data generated by any part of the Idaho K-12 educational system and to provide an exception for certain tests.
