Summary

Amends existing law relating to fire protection districts to provide for an exception and to provide for application of law; to establish provisions relating to circumstances in which a higher levy exceeds the lowest levy in a proposed district consolidation, to provide for a public hearing, to provide for an election and to provide for a question.
