business

owned
subsidiary,
majority-owned
subsidiary,

company,
or
affiliate
of
such
business
or
business

entity,
that
is
publicly
traded
and
that
is
not
based
in
the

United
States.

This
bill
provides
that
public
sector
restrictions
regarding

to

company.
