subpoena
may
be
served
at
the
principal
place
of
employment

of
the
peace
officer,
as
defined
in
section
801.4,
if
the

subpoena
is
related
to
the
performance
of
any
act
which
is

within
the
scope
of
the
lawful
duty
or
authority
of
that
peace

officer.
