providers

percent
of
the
amount
each
federal
fiscal

year
shall
be
distributed
to
the
state’s
accredited
community

mental
health
centers
established
in
accordance
with
chapter

or
applicable
administrative
rule.
If
a
mental
health

services
provider
was
designated
as
authorized
in
section

230A.107,

the
provider
remains

mental

illness
and
children
with
a
serious
emotional
disturbance.
The
5
distribution
amounts
shall
be
announced
at
the
beginning
of
6
the
federal
fiscal
year
and
distributed
on
a
quarterly
basis.

Recipients
of
the
funding
shall
submit
quarterly
reports
to
8
the
department
of
human
services
containing
data
consistent
9
with
the
performance
measures
approved
by
the
federal
substance
10
abuse
and
mental
health
services
administration.

2.
An
amount
not
exceeding

percent
of
the
moneys

appropriated
in
subsection
1
for
each
federal
fiscal
year
shall

be
used
by
the
department
of
human
services
for
administrative

From
the
moneys
set
aside

agencies

moneys

federal
fiscal
year,
the
administrator
of
the

low-income
persons.
Each

moneys

greater
share

moneys.

shall

basis

poverty-level
population

area
represented
by
the
community
action
areas
compared
to
the

size
of
the
poverty-level
population
in
the
state.

An
amount
not
exceeding

percent
of
the
moneys

appropriated

subsection

each
federal

shall

used
by
the
division
of
community
action
agencies
of
the

department
of

rights
for
administrative
expenses.
