The
speaker
shall
take
the
chair
at
the
hour
to

shall

the

and
proceed
to
other

business,
including,
but
not
limited
to,
introduction

of

The

No
member

be
absent
without
leave
while
the

house

unless
excused

cause.

The
speaker
shall
preserve
order

decorum

order.
Subject
to
an
appeal

the

a
member

Pro
Tempore

The
house
shall,

by
appointment
by
either

All

resolutions
shall
be
signed
by

writs,
warrants,
and
subpoenas

the
house,
shall

signed

the

attested
by
the
chief
clerk.
The
speaker

shall
cause
certificates
of
recognition
or
condolence

by
the
house
