H.F. 381 Section 1. Section 99D.25A, subsection 2, Code 2013, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 2. Phenylbutazone shall not be administered to a horse 3 in dosages which would result in concentrations of more 4 than five micrograms of the substance or its metabolites per 5 milliliter of blood. In races recognized as graded stakes 6 thoroughbred races, the commission may establish restrictions 7 on dosage amounts for phenylbutazone which would result in 8 concentrations of less than five micrograms of the substance or 9 its metabolites per milliliter of blood. 10 -1- HF 381 (2) 85 ec/nh/md 1/ 1
