amended
by
adding
the
following
new
paragraph:

Allow
a
licensee
to
apply
ten
hours

of
continuing
education
credit
or
the
equivalent
obtained

in
excess
of
the
requirements
for
a
renewal
period
to
the

continuing
education
requirements
for
the
following
renewal

period.

inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
requires
a
licensing
board
to
allow
a
licensee
to

apply
10
hours
of
excess
continuing
education
credit
or
the
12
equivalent
obtained
in
one
renewal
period
to
the
next
renewal
13
period.
